  • For International Orders: For international orders, we use Asendia. The processing time for international orders is also 2-3 business days. However, international shipping times can vary widely, ranging from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Once the order status is marked as complete, you will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been shipped via USPS or Asendia, depending on your location and shipping method. We will have to wait until the package to return to our facility. Once we receive the package, you have an option to pay for shipping to ship out the second time or request a refund minus shipping.

Pre-order FAQ

Payment is processed right away when you place an order.

Please refer to the pre-order product page for its estimated shipped date. Estimate shipping date is not guaranteed. We don’t have control over the production of these products, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible.

Your order will be pending until your pre-order items arrive. In stock items and pre-order items will be shipped together.

Please place two separate orders, one for the in-stock items and one for the pre-order items.

Yes. If the pre-order has not been shipped. Your order will be refunded.

If the pre-order items have been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
