All products are shipped through United States postal service (USPS). Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, and 2-5 business days for standard shipping or 2-3 business days for priority shipping. (USPS delivers on Saturdays). If you have not received your order after 2 weeks, please contact us.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. All international shipping takes 2-4 weeks for shipping. All products are shipped Standard International through United States Postal Service (USPS).
*International orders duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Once the order status is marked as complete, you will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been shipped via USPS. You can also log into your account to check on the tracking number.
We do not allow returns on any items. All sales are final.

- Sometimes USPS pre-marked the package as shipped, wait an additional 1-2 days to see if your package shows up.
- If the package has not shown up after 2 days, please contact your local post office.
If no, do the following:
- If you have entered the wrong shipping address. we are not responsible for shipping address you have entered incorrectly, please contact us to let us know. We will have to wait until the package to return to our facility. Once we receive the package, you have an option to pay for shipping to ship out the second time or request a refund minus shipping.

Pre-order FAQ
Payment is processed right away when you place an order.
Please refer to the pre-order product page for its estimated shipped date. Estimate shipping date is not guaranteed. We don’t have control over the production of these products, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible.
Your order will be pending until your pre-order items arrive. In stock items and pre-order items will be shipped together.
Please place two separate orders, one for the in-stock items and one for the pre-order items.
Yes. If the pre-order has not been shipped. Your order will be refunded.
If the pre-order items have been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
